Try the Free ReflectionHOW THE COURSE WILL WORK
Less to consume.
More to practice.
Short lessons and guided exercises connect each stage to something you want to do differently.
01 Choose your arena
Choose something meaningful you want: a conversation, a creative project, a relationship change, or a commitment you keep postponing.
02 Notice your pattern
Observe what you do instead, what happens just before it, and the early signals that help you notice it sooner.
03 Find the conversation
Use guided collage exercises—words, feelings, and images—to explore what the situation seems to mean to you.
04 Question and update it
Examine the familiar conclusion. Explore a more useful, believable response without making yourself wrong for having the old one.
05 Make your next move
Choose a concrete next action. Notice what happens, learn from it, and return to the process when you need it.
A PRACTICE TO RETURN TO
“What’s happening
right now?”
You don’t have to understand every pattern in your life before you can begin.
Continue learning, or work through a moment. No streaks to keep. Just a clear place to resume.
For now, the free reflection gives you a place to notice one pattern and choose a next step.
